Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA, is a Houston-based attorney advising and representing clients nationally and internationally on legal and regulatory issues including: healthcare, cybersecurity, HIPAA, the HITECH Act, securities law, the False Claims Act and Dodd-Frank. Ms. Rose is also an Affiliate Member with Baylor College of Medicine where she teaches bioethics.

​Ms. Rose has been consecutively named to the National Women's Trial Lawyers Association - Top 25, Houstonia Magazine's Top Trial Lawyers in Healthcare Law and the Texas Bar College. In 2019, she was also named as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
